Steve Bullock’s number one priority next session is passing an infrastructure package that creates jobs, builds Montana, and grows our economy.
This past April, Steve rolled out a $200 million infrastructure investment plan that will address the immediate needs of Montana communities, financed through a responsible mix of cash and bonds. The plan is two-fold:
- Part 1: Invest funds in water systems, bridges, roads, capital projects and school improvements.
- Part 2: Create the Build Montana Trust that will dedicate 75% of the revenue coming into the Coal Tax Severance Fund to fund Montana’s infrastructure needs for future generations.
Steve is committed to working with both Democrats and Republicans to put this plan in action and ensure that communities and businesses across the state have reliable infrastructure that will set the foundation for a thriving economy, create hundreds of jobs and protect Montana’s quality of life for a future generation of Montanans.
